Close period purchase programme

31 March 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has entered into an irrevocable and non-discretionary arrangement with its broker, Merrill Lynch International, to purchase on its behalf and within certain pre-set parameters, ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company, to be cancelled, during the Company's close period commencing on 1 April 2016 up to and including the day prior to the release of the Company's Preliminary Results Announcement on 11 May 2016.

This arrangement is in accordance with Chapter 12 of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules and the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
