Change of Non-Executive Directors

Seeing Machines Limited, (AIM: SEE), the AIM listed vehicle operator monitoring technology company, announces the following changes to its Board of Directors, to take effect on 31 March 2016.

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Peter Housden, aged 68, joins the Board as a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Risk, Audit & Finance Committee.  Mr Housden, based in Sydney, has more than 40 years' accounting and finance experience in major organisations and is an experienced Non-executive Director of listed, private and government organisations.  He has held executive finance roles with global listed companies and Non-executive Director roles for approximately 10 ASX-listed companies.  Mr Housden has a B.Com (Hons) from Newcastle University, Australia, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Mr Michael Roberts, who joined the Board in January 2013, retires as a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Risk, Audit & Finance Committee.  Mr Roberts is a London-based private investor who has been an active shareholder in the Company since the 2005 IPO.

Terry Winters, Chairman of Seeing Machines, commented: 

"The Board warmly acknowledges Mike Roberts' contribution to the Company as a director over the last three years, and as a shareholder for more than 10 years.  Mike gave the Company strong support when it was really needed, and continued his contribution on the Board.  We thank Mike for his support.  We also welcome Peter Housden to the Board.  His deep and varied experience of managing listed companies, particularly in the areas of risk, governance, audit, finance and strategy, will be valuable as the Company continues to grow."
