Combined general meeting of 29 September 2016

Availability and consultation of documentation

Rothschild & Co's shareholders are hereby informed that they will be convened to attend the Combined general meeting that will be held on Thursday, 29 September 2015, at 10:30 am (Paris time), in the auditorium of Capital 8 (on the right after the entrance), located at 32 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France.

The prior notice of meeting (avis préalable) was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires of 24 August 2016. The notice of the meeting will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires dated 14 September 2016.

The documentation pertaining to this General meeting, including the voting forms, the agenda, the draft resolutions that will be submitted to the shareholders and the summary presentation of the proposed new members of the Supervisory Board, is made available to the shareholders from this day on, in accordance with applicable regulations. It may also be consulted on Rothschild & Co's website, www.rothschildandco.com, under the section Investor relations / Shareholders / Upcoming General Meeting and archive.

Any shareholder may be provided with said documentation in accordance with articles R. 225-88 and R. 225-89 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce), upon written request sent to:

• the registered office, located at 23 bis, avenue de Messine, 75008 Paris, France, to the attention of the Legal Department, or
• to the General Meeting coordinator, Société Générale Securities Services, Service des Assemblées, 32 rue du Champ de Tir, CS 30812, 44308 Nantes Cedex 3, France.

These documents may also be consulted at the registered office of the company, on working days and during opening hours of the premises.
