Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules

Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has today been notified that Mr Mark Tonks, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of Hill & Smith sold 7,600 ordinary shares in the Company at an average of 864.75 pence per share.

These transactions were effected on the London Stock Exchange.

Following the above, Mr Tonks is beneficially interested in 49,709 ordinary shares in the Company (0.06% of the Company's Issued Share Capital).
