Red Emperor Resources NL (“the Company”) (ASX and AIM: RMP) announces that it was notified today that Mr Greg Bandy, the Managing Director of the Company, acquired an interest in a further 600,000 Ordinary Shares on 24 March 2016, on market for consideration of A$13,800.

Following the above transaction, Mr Bandy’s beneficial interest in the Company is 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, an interest of 0.24% in the issued share capital, all of which are held by The G J Bandy Super Fund A/C of which Mr G J Bandy and Ms N Arant Bandy are beneficiaries.
