The Directors of European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: EMH), the specialty lithium exploration and development company with assets in the Czech Republic, announce that it was informed on 23 March 2016 that Rare Earth Minerals plc were interested in aggregate in 19,860,756 ordinary shares (via CHESS Depository Interests or CDIs) representing 19.85% of the Company's issued share capital.  Rare Earth Minerals plc is the Company's largest shareholder.
