Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Bilby, the holding company for gas heating, electrical and building services companies, has today posted a Circular convening a General Meeting to be held at the offices of Hudson Sandler Limited, 29 Cloth Fair, London, EC1A 7NN at 11.00 a.m. on 11 April 2016 to seek shareholder approval in connection with the Acquisitions of DCB (Kent) Limited and Spokemead Maintenance Limited and the Placing to raise £5.0 million.
