The Directors of European Metals Holdings Limited ("European Metals" or "the Company") (ASX and AIM: EMH), the specialty lithium exploration and development company with assets in the Czech Republic, announce that it was informed on 22 March 2016 that Armco Barriers Pty Ltd and Mr Richard Keller as trustee for the Keller Super Fund A/C were interested in aggregate in 8,172,000 ordinary shares (via CHESS Despository Interests or CDIs) representing 8.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Armco Barriers Pty Ltd is interested in 7,862,000 CDIs and Mr Richard Keller as trustee for the Keller Super Fund A/C is interested in 310,000 CDIs.
