RESIGNATION OF NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Directors of Thor Mining PLC (AIM, ASX: THR), advise that Mr Greg Durack has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, in order to devote full attention to another role.

Mr Mick Billing, Executive Chairman of Thor Mining, commented:

"Greg Durack has been a director of Thor for more than 10 years and has provided valuable technical and commercial advice during that period.  We wish him well in his future endeavours."
