Director Resignation

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM listed vehicle operator monitoring technology company, announces the resignation of James Walker as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director.  Mr Walker, who is based in Sydney, has resigned in order to take up a CEO role at another emerging non competing technology company.

Mr Walker joined the Company as CFO in June 2013 and was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director in January 2014.   Mr Walker's resignation as a Board director takes effect on 1 March 2016, and under the terms of his employment agreement as CFO, Mr Walker is obliged to give the Company not less than three months' notice of his resignation. This period will end on 1 June 2016.  In the meanwhile, he will continue to provide support to the Company in his CFO role until that date, or such other earlier date that the Board may decide.  The Board will shortly begin a process of identifying appropriate candidates for the CFO role.
