Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

In fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a), William Hill PLC ('the Company') wishes to notify that on 26 February 2016, Sir Roy Gardner, Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,600 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 398.9964 pence per share.

Following the above purchase of shares, Sir Roy now holds 12,600 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was informed of the above transaction on 26 February 2016. The transaction took place in London.
