Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that Julia Hubbard has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Julia has been an extremely valuable member of the management and Board team at Amino and the Group is grateful for her contribution.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Julia for all her hard work, loyalty and commitment over the past 5 years and to wish her all the very best for the future.

The Board has commenced the process of recruiting a Group CFO and in the meantime, Amino's finance operations will continue to be led and managed by Julian Sanders, Interim CFO, as previously announced.
