Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, the notice convening the Group's 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders.

The annual report and accounts, notice of 2019 AGM and form of proxy are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.vpplc.com/investors/reports-and-presentations and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Vp also announces that its 2019 AGM will be held on Thursday, 25 July 2019.  The meeting will be held at Rudding House, Rudding Park, Follifoot, Harrogate HG3 1JH, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
