Change of Auditor

AJ Bell plc (Company), announces that the Board has approved the proposed appointment of BDO LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2020 following the conclusion of a competitive tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee. This appointment is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2020.

Having served as auditor since 2009, KPMG LLP did not participate in the tender process and will complete the audit for the year ending 30 September 2019.
