Management Consulting Group completes the disposal of certain operations of Kurt Salmon

Management Consulting Group PLC ("MCG" or "the Group") today announces that it has completed the sale of the Kurt Salmon businesses in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Morocco, together with certain related operations in the United States, to Solucom.  Details of the transaction were set out in the RNS announcement dated 26 November 2015 and in the Circular to shareholders dated 30 November 2015.
