Director's Dealing

Gresham House Strategic plc (the "Company") was notified today that Charles Berry, Non- Executive Director, today transferred 2,550 ordinary shares of 0.50p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £8.25 per Ordinary Share to his self-invested personal pension scheme ("SIPP"), to which he is the sole beneficiary.

Following the transfer of shares to his SIPP, Charles Berry's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 2,550 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
