Directors' Dealing

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated agribusiness with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that it has received notification that Rhodora Limited, a trust of which Adam Fleming, a Non-Executive Director of the Group is a beneficiary, on 30 December 2015, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of ZMW0.01 each in Zambeef ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 7.95 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Group also announces that it has received notification that John Rabb, a Non-Executive Director of the Group, on 30 December 2015 purchased 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 7.95 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transactions, Mr Fleming and Mr Rabb now have a total direct and indirect shareholding in Zambeef of 25,379,180 Ordinary Shares and 14,000,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 10.2 per cent. and 5.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Group respectively.
