Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) UK Listing Rule (UKLR) 9.8.2, the Company hereby notifies that on 18 December 2025 it cancelled 21,112,140 ordinary shares of 2 pence each (Ordinary Shares) previously held in treasury. 

Following this transaction, the Company holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 1,002,743,103 Ordinary Shares in issue. The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights will be 1,002,743,103 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
