NOS NOVA AS: NEW COMPANY NAME AND SHARE CAPITAL REGISTERED

Sandnes, Norway, 19th of December 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by NOS Nova AS (previously named Horisont Energi AS) (the "Company") on 21 November 2025, regarding the Company's acquisition of 100% of the shares in NOS Technology AS (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was to be settled by the sellers' subscription of new shares in the Company.

Reference is further made to the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 5 December 2025, where the general meeting inter alia resolved to change the Company's name to "NOS Nova AS" and to issue new shares to the sellers in the Transaction.

The new company name and the share capital increase related to the Transaction have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's share capital is NOK 419,688.34, divided into 41,968,834 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
