PRESS RELEASE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026

Cernusco Lombardone (LC), December 18, 2025 – The Board of Directors of Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company listed on Euronext Milan in the design and manufacturing of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe"), approved today corporate events calendar for the year 2026.

March 18, 2026	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the financial statements draft and the consolidated financial statements as at December 31, 2025 fully audited
April 23, 2026	Shareholders' Meeting (Single Call) for the approval of the financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2025 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2025
May 14, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to review turnover data, EBITDA and net financial position figures as at March 31, 2026 (unaudited)
August 6, 2026	Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half year financial report as at June 30, 2026 subject to a limited audit
November 11, 2026	Board of Directors' meeting to review turnover data, EBITDA and net financial position figures as at September 30, 2026 (unaudited)

Following each Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial statements, a press release will be published and a conference call with the financial community will be held; dates and timing will be duly announced as soon as they are scheduled.

Technoprobe will promptly publish any changes to the published dates.
