Milan, 18 December 2025 – The Board of Directors of Nexi S.p.A. at the meeting held on the date hereof, reviewed the offer, subject to conditions, submitted by TPG for the acquisitions of assets of the DBS business unit. Following the analysis carried out and after careful consideration, the Board resolved not to proceed with the proposed transaction.
