Subject: PFSA's letter regarding joint decision on capital and liquidity

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the "Bank"] announces thatit has received a letter from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority[the "PFSA"], in which the PFSA announces the adoption of a jointdecision which, among other, covers capital and liquidity at local levelfor the European entities of the BCP [Banco Comercial Portugues] Group.

According to the PFSA letter, the content of the joint decisionregarding the Bank includes information on the P2G capital buffer [theBank disclosed this recommendation in current report No. 32/2025 datedNovember 27, 2025]. The PFSA letter also states that the joint decisiondid not impose any additional capital or liquidity requirements on theBank.
