Following our circular dated from today, December 18, 2025, regarding the delisting company's shares from TASE on December 22, 2025.

Following inquiry from the public, it has been decided that there will be four trading days in the framework of the maintenance list starting December 21,2025 until December 24, 2025

The company's shares will be delisted from TASE on December 25, 2025.
