The public company, The Mall of Engomi (ME) Plc (the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested party of the progress of the Company's business plan as presented in the Company's admission document dated 6 July 2015 (the "Business Plan").

During the year 2025 the Mall of Engomi's (the "Mall") strong growth path continued, marking yet another record-breaking year in its performance. With the Mall firmly established as a fully let and mature asset, the strong momentum generated in 2024 has not only been sustained but further accelerated. The Mall's core anchors — Superhome Center, Sklavenitis Hypermarket and KIABI delivered very strong results, reinforcing their role as Anchor Tenants. Additionally, the Food Court achieved one of its best years to date, benefitting from increased foot traffic. This continued upward trend underscores the effectiveness of the Company's strategy and further solidifies the Mall's position as a key shopping destination.
