Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy storage fund, was informed that on 18 December 2025, Angus Gordon Lennox, Non-Executive Director, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 54.525p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Gordon Lennox has a beneficial interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.004% of the Company's issued share capital.
