The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank] hereby informs aboutthe timetable of announcements of periodical reports of the Bank in theyear 2026:

1] Consolidated and non-consolidated annual report for 2025 - 27.02.2026

2] Consolidated quarterly report for 1Q 2026 - 28.04.2026

3] Consolidated semi-annual report for 1st half 2026 - 28.07.2026

4] Consolidated quarterly report for 3Q 2026 - 27.10.2026

Additionally, the Bank informs, that the preliminary unauditedconsolidated results for 2025 will be announced by a current report onFebruary 9, 2026.

Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterlyreports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensednon-consolidated quarterly financial information and condensednon-consolidated half-yearly financial statement.
