Budapest, December 18, 2025 – WABERER'S INTERNATIONAL Nyrt. (hereinafter: Waberer's) announces its corporate calendar for 2025, in line with the General Terms of Service (Clause 18.3 of the Regulations on Listing and Continued Trading) of the Budapest Stock Exchange.

November 12, 2026	Release of Q3 2026 earnings report

The Company will not hold a press conference on publication of the Annual Report.
