24-2025 5th Planet Games A/S Announces Physical Distribution Agreement with BIGBEN Interactive S.A.

COPENHAGEN – December 18, 2025 - 5th Planet Games A/S (OAX: 5PG), the Copenhagen-based video games publisher and financier, announced today its entrance into a significant partnership agreement with BIGBEN Interactive Belgium S.A., further strengthening 5th Planet Games’ physical video game distribution capabilities across the Benelux region.

Under the terms of the agreement, 5th Planet Games will continue to coordinate the distribution of physical edition games across its video game portfolio in the region, with BIGBEN Interactive now specifically leading local marketing and distribution logistics in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. This new agreement follows similar partnerships announced earlier this year with Nordisk Interactive A/S in the Nordics region and Baltic states, and Glomerk S.A. in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

In partnership with Skybound Entertainment, 5th Planet Games has brought physical editions of hit games like Frostpunk 2, Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap, Before Your Eyes and Goodnight Universe to market in these regions, with similar plans for upcoming titles including the highly anticipated fighting game Invincible VS.

Commenting on the new agreement Mark Stanger, CEO at 5th Planet Games said:

“Whilst the global video games market continues its migration towards digital delivery, there remains a significant market for physical boxed product. In some cases, this can represent almost half of the lifetime sales of a game, as well as the opportunity for additional related SKUs including premium Collector’s Editions and other associated merchandise. Our new partnership with BIGBEN Interactive, a company that has been working in this space for decades, now extends 5th Planet’s capabilities in delivering and marketing physical games to customers across much of Central and Northern Europe.”
