Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification of the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr. J. F. Gouvêa Vieira a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 17,500 shares at £7.75p per Ordinary Share on the 23rd November 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr. J. F. Gouvêa Vieira's total beneficial holding in the Company is 170,100 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
