("SOCO" or "the Company")

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that on 20 November 2015, it was notified that on 18 November 2015 Mr Rui de Sousa, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company,  became interested in a further 200,000 SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares). 

The Shares were purchased on the open market of the London Stock Exchange at a purchase price of £1.49897 each by Quantic Limited, a connected person to Mr de Sousa.

Following this transaction, Mr de Sousa is interested in 9,648,324 Shares, representing 2.91% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).  This interest comprises the following:

·     550,000 Shares (0.17%) are held by Mr de Sousa personally.

·     389,504 Shares (0.12%) are held by Quantic Limited, a connected person to Mr de Sousa.

·     8,708,820 Shares (2.62%) are held by Palamos Limited, a connected person to Mr de Sousa.
