Director's Dealing

Gateley, (AIM:GTLY) a national commercial law firm, announces that it has been notified that on 28 October 2015, Neil Smith, Finance Director, transferred his legal interest in 237,351 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Rachel Smith, for nil consideration.

Following this transfer, the aggregate beneficial interest of Neil and his connected persons remains unchanged at 474,702 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
