Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

EVRAZ plc was notified on 20 June 2019 by Mr. Alexander Abramov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he sold 8,284,638 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly via Abiglaze Ltd. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Alexander Abramov's indirect holding decreased to 281,870,003 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 19.41% of current total number of voting rights attached to the shares of EVRAZ plc.

EVRAZ plc was notified on 20 June 2019 by Mr. Alexander Frolov, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he sold 4,165,362 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly via Crosland Global Limited. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Alexander Frolov's indirect holding decreased to 140,723,705 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 9.69% of current total number of voting rights attached to the shares of EVRAZ plc.

EVRAZ plc was notified on 20 June 2019 by Mr. Eugene Shvidler, a director of EVRAZ plc, that he sold 1,182,750 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, held indirectly via Toshi Holdings Ltd. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Eugene Shvidler 's indirect holding decreased to 40,488,242 EVRAZ Ordinary Shares, or 2.79% of current total number of voting rights attached to the shares of EVRAZ plc.
