Change of Investment Manager

Gresham House Strategic plc (the "Company") announces that Gresham House Asset Management Ltd ("GHAM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gresham House plc (AIM: GHE), has been appointed as the Investment Manager to the Company with immediate effect, following GHAM receiving formal authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority to carry out designated investment management business within the UK.

GHAM will replace Sapia Partners LLP who acted as Investment Manager to the Company on an interim basis. GHAM has been acting as Investment Adviser and as an Authorised Representative of Sapia Partners LLP.

The terms and conditions of the investment management agreement remain the same.

Commenting on the appointment, Graham Bird, Head of Strategic Investment at Gresham House said: "We are pleased that GHAM has now been fully authorised by the FCA which allows Gresham House Strategic to continue to progress on its new mandate of strategic public equity as anticipated by the substantial shareholder support at the recent General Meeting and capital raise. "
