5 November 2015 ─ Experian, the global information services company, announces that Fabiola Arredondo, a Non-Executive Director of Experian plc (the "Company"), has notified the Company of her intention to step down as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 January 2016.

Don Robert, Chairman of Experian, said:  

"We would like to thank Fabiola for the immense contribution she has made to Experian since becoming a Director in January 2007, shortly after our listing on the London Stock Exchange. Fabiola has consistently provided valuable insights, guidance and advice over her tenure, and the Board has benefited greatly as a result. We wish Fabiola every success for the future."
