Total Voting Rights

Petra Diamonds Limited today announces that in conformity with the Transparency Directive, Petra's issued share capital as at 30 October 2015 consisted of 522,795,562 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Petra is 522,795,562.

The above figure of 522,795,562 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in (or a change to their interest in) Petra under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
