CHANGE OF NAME TO GRESHAM HOUSE STRATEGIC PLC EFFECTIVE

Gresham House Strategic plc (the "Company") announces that, following the announcement on 15 October 2015, Companies House has formally approved the Company's name change to Gresham House Strategic plc, with immediate effect.

Trading in the Company's shares under the new name and under a new TIDM (ticker), GHS (previously SPK), will take effect from 8 a.m. on 28 October 2015. The Company's ISIN number will remain unchanged.

The website address at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available has changed to www.ghsplc.com.
