Director / PDMR Shareholding

Braemar Shipping Services plc (LSE:BMS), a leading international provider of broking, financial, consultancy, technical and logistics services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries, announces that it granted an award of 194,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to James Gundy, a PDMR of the Company, under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP") on 17 June 2019.  This award was in relation to James Gundy's annual bonus payment in respect of the 2018/19 financial year, of which a portion was deferred into Ordinary Shares that vest in three years from the date of grant in accordance with the rules of the DBP.  Further information on the DBP is contained in the Company's 2019 Annual Report.
