Steppe Cement Ltd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it today received notification from Consilium Investment Management LLC ("Consilium") that funds under Consilium's management, Consilium Frontier Equity Fund and Southern California Edison Retirement Plan, have collectively emerged as a new significant shareholder through the acquisition of shares in the Company. The Consilium funds currently hold an aggregate of 11,141,227 ordinary shares, representing 5.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
