Appointment of Broker

Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement" or "The Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of RFC Ambrian Limited ("RFC Ambrian") as the Company's Broker in replacement of Westhouse Securities Limited with effect from 1 September 2015. With the appointment, RFC Ambrian acts as both the Nominated Adviser and Broker of Steppe Cement. This enables Steppe Cement to streamline communication, rationalise costs and further build a stronger rapport with RFC Ambrian to ensure an ongoing and successful professional relationship in the interests of Steppe Cement and its shareholders.
