Appointment of new Group Managing Director designate

The Board of Norish plc ("Norish") is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Group Managing Director designate, Kieran Mahon.

Kieran (49) has joined the board with immediate effect and will become Group Managing Director on the 1st of January 2016. Kieran will replace Norman Hatcliff who retires at the end of this year.

Kieran joins Norish from J+E Davy, where he was an equity analyst. Kieran holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Dublin City University.

The directorships and partnerships held by Kieran now and over the five years preceding the date of appointment are as follows:

·     Nuhall Retail Services Limited

·     Ferncroft Farm Limited

Save as set out above, there is no additional information under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies which needs to be disclosed. Kieran holds 1,657 ordinary shares in Norish plc.
