Grant of Share Options

Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company announces that it has approved the grant of 15,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the 2014 Executive Share Option Scheme to Alex Henderson, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company.

The option price for each ordinary share is 685.00 pence per share and the ten year option term expires on 11 August 2025.  Exercise of the options is subject to satisfaction of the performance conditions and cannot take place earlier than 11 August 2018.

As a result of the above grant of share options Mr. Henderson has a total of 15,000 executive share options over the Company's ordinary shares.
