31 July 2015 - EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR) announces that that it has been advised that with effect from today Mr Duncan Baxter, an independent non-executive director of EVRAZ plc, has been appointed to the board of CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited, a company listed on the Official List of the FCA with a premium listing and traded on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market of Listed Securities.
