Equatorial Palm Oil plc (AIM: PAL), the AIM quoted palm oil development and production company with operations in Liberia, West Africa, announces that Mr Teh Sar Moh Nee, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 3,225,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market on 29 July 2015, at a price of 3.67 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr Teh Sar Moh Nee's beneficial interest in the Company is 3,225,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
