IGas Energy plc Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements

IGas Energy plc is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 26 August 2015 at 10:30am.

IGas also announces that it has today posted copies of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2015 to its shareholders. A notice convening the Company's AGM was included.
