Notice of FY 2015 Trading Update and Guidance Update

Petra Diamonds Limited announces that its forthcoming Trading Update (unaudited) for the year ended 30 June 2015 (FY 2015) will be released on 27 July 2015, ahead of its Preliminary Results for the year, which will be released on 18 September 2015. Petra will also release market guidance for the year to 30 June 2016 (FY 2016) and high level guidance for the period thereafter to FY 2019 on the same day.

A conference call to discuss the updates with investors and analysts will be hosted at 9:30am BST on 27 July 2015. Details of this call will be included in the Trading Update announcement and will be available on the Company's website.
