The Company's RNS released at 07:00am on 30 June 2015 in relation to the director dealing of Richard Spinks incorrectly stated Mr Spinks' beneficial interest following the transaction. Following this purchase, Mr Spinks is beneficially interested in 9,787,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.75% of the Company's issued share capital.

Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG.L), the London Stock Exchange AIM-quoted international supplier of industrial wood chip for MDF manufacturing and Biomass for Energy (BFE) power generation, global forestry and natural resources development services, and Biomass for Energy (BFE) fuel solutions and systems announces that it has today been notified that on 29 June 2015 Mr Richard Spinks, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, purchased 300,000 shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 5.5 pence (£0.055) per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Spinks is beneficially interested in 9,787,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
