As required under the Listing Agreement entered into by us with your Stock Exchange, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held today ( 29th June, 2015) , has   fixed Record date as 09th July, 2015 for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of the members for the issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e. one equity share for every one equity share held, as approved by the shareholders at the 84th Annual General Meeting .
