The Board of Bilby Plc (AIM: BILB.L), the holding company for P & R Installation Company Limited, a leading gas heating and building services provider, announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2015, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, have been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to take place at 9.30am on Thursday 23 July 2015 at the offices of Hudson Sandler Limited, 29 Cloth Fair, London EC1A 7NN.
