Following approval from shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 June 2015, ELECO has changed its name to Elecosoft® plc. The Company's change of name has now been registered at Companies House and accordingly the change is effective from Tuesday 16 June 2015 at 8.00am.

The Company's ISIN and TIDM will remain unchanged.
