GALANTAS REPORTS CHANGES TO ADVISERS FOR LONDON'S AIM

June 1st, 2015:  Galantas Gold Corporation (the 'Company') is pleased to announce a change of AIM Nominated Adviser (Nomad) and Broker / Corporate Adviser.  The appointment of a Nominated Adviser and Broker are regulatory requirements for AIM.

Whitman Howard Limited, an independent stockbroker and corporate adviser, based in London, has been appointed as Broker (AIM) / Corporate Adviser to the Company and Grant Thornton UK LLP, an international accounting and advisory business, has been appointed as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect.

As at June 1st 2015, Galantas Gold Corporation Issued and Outstanding Shares total 87,297,155.
